Shipping policy

All orders must be received and signed for by someone at least 18 years of age.

The delivery ETA is approx. 1-3 business days. Allow an extra couple of days if you're rural. Our freight company doesn't operate on the weekend.

We don't deliver to P.O. Boxes.

You will receive an email with the link to the tracking when your order has been packed. If you haven't received your order within 5 business days, please let us know so we can follow up with the courier.

Freight Free

• If you're in the South Island and your order totals $80 or more ($10 freight charge for orders under $80)
• If you're elsewhere in NZ and your order totals $100 or more ($15 freight charge for orders under $100)

Free Local Delivery

Local delivery for orders over $30 to the following post codes: 8011, 8013, 8014, 8022, 8023, 8024, 8025, 8041, 8042, 8052, 8053, 8061, 8062, 8081 and 8082 in Christchurch, NZ.

International

We don't currently offer shipping outside of New Zealand.
