Carte Blanc - Hazy (Small Batch)

For this sessionable hazy IPA we started by adding sauvignon blanc grape skins to a grain bill loaded up with flaked and malted oats. The grape skins provide some tropical thiols to complement the Talus, Riwaka and Citra hops.
