A small batch of an amber farmhouse ale brewed for Bruxelles Oamaru. Inspired by the Grisette's of old. 100% local Canterbury malt, fermented out with a blend of farmhouse ale yeasts and dry hopped with German Saphir and Freestyle Southern Cross!
