Drake's Passage - Double IPA (Small Batch)

Drake's Passage is a body of water where the Pacific and Atlantic oceans meet. For this East meets West coast double IPA we used a pale base malt along with oats and wheat and gave it a healthy dose of Magnum at 60mins for a west coast style resiny bitterness. Then we loaded up the dry hop with Mosaic cryo, Talus and Riwaka.
