A big double Cascadian dark ale. Local Canterbury malts with a little eclipse wheat at the end of the mash just for colour. Heavily hopped with cryo Krush and Riwaka for those big fruity, dank hop notes.
We can the small batch beers with our small 2-head filler to deliver you the freshest beer possible.
