Inspired by the spring tradition of Germany our Maibock is a pale (Helles) bock beer. Brewed in the depths of winter with 100% NZ grain, bittered with Saaz and fermented out low and slow with a clean lager yeast. Lagered for over 2 months post fermentation.
We can the small batch beers on demand with our small 2-head filler to deliver you the freshest beer possible.
